High Efficiency: With a build volume of 144*81*180mm and a print speed of up to 40mm/h, AccuFab-D1 is able to print 120 wax-up crowns in approx. 45 minutes, or 4 arch models in an hour.
Many Applications: Has many applications, such as dental working model, wax-up, surgical guide, gingiva, custom impression tray, bracket transfer tray, etc.
Intuitive Operation: Powered by SHINING 3D’s self-developed software, AccuFab-D1 supports Z-axis auto-calibration, automatic support creation, for convenient post-processing.
Fast Print Speeds: Featuring a large build volume of 144 x 81 x 160 mm and a fast print speed of up to 50mm/h, the AccuFab-D1 is able to print max 4 arch models in an hour, multiple surgical guides in less than 30mins.
Ultra High Accuracy: Patented pixel distortion correction algorithm and full HD 1080p projector guarantee ultra-fine print accuracy and details. ±35μm
Long Lifetime & Low Cost: With long lifetime resin tank, the AccuFab-D1 reduces operation cost. The resin tank can be used for 100,000 layers of printing.
